Bindiya.... A small town FBR (Part-7)

While retuning back she even offered him to drive the bike but he preferred to sit quite and didn’t get involved in any kind of discussion. When they reached home, he soon left for his room without even bothering to even glance at her. Bindiya understood that the situation is not easy. Rahul while going in his room met Malti in the way, she enquired him about the camp, he kept his discussion short and left for his room quickly. Malti could read his face expressions and knew that he is disturbed and something has hurted deeply in his heart. She even asked Bindiya about his sadness but shrugged her shoulders in ignorance but deep within her heart she knew it very well about everything. She then went back to her room complaining sickness and there started a thought process and for next two hours she was talking to herself. She strightaway went into the memory lane and thought for her life from the day she entered this house till hospital accident, she realized how ordinary she used to feel till that time. It was only when Rahul changed his attitude towards her, things started improving and gradually her value increased in the house. It is only Rahul who tries to understand her. She realized that Rahul is extremely good looking guy and quite possible might be thousands of girls are ready to die for his one cute smile. She then stood in front of the mirror and critically analyzed her face, she concluded even though she might be the most beautiful girl in her community but here in Gurgaon in front of all modern and city girls she is stands no change and can classified only under average beauty. In spite of all that Rahul gives her a lot of weightage and is always ready to help her be it any circumstances, he always keep on framing plots so that she can get the opportunity to interact with the outer world. Prem always try to find fault I her, he even don’t know what she is good at, what are her aspirations and so many other things. On the other hand, Rahul knows her entire past, her aspirations, her strengths, weakness, etc. Rahul never tries to find her fault, in fact he had a great trust on her abilities and that’s why he never hesitate in calling her for help be it in studies or be it related to bike. She also realized that all this what she does for Rahul, he can get it done by anyone, it is matter of some money and he will get a more dedicated tutor, an instructor for teaching bike, moreover he is capable of getting thousand girls, but what about her, she can’t get another Rahul and this is the hard fact of life. She realized how important presence of Rahul is in her life, and it is only and only Rahul who can create the path of prosperity for her, walking on which she realize her dreams, her aspirations and every desire of hers. She also realized that it is Rahul only who is making her realize her strength else she would have spent her life like any other girl of her community. Today though Rahul was wrong but she was much harsher and her reaction doesn’t justify his crime. Might be it was his way of appreciating someone, he lives in a broad minded world where such acts are not considered wrong, she could have reacted patiently but instead she opted for wrong option. She realized that her act could have proved fatal to Rahul and the intensity with which she pressed his wrist may have broken his wrist also. She then thought that what could have happened after that, perhaps everything would have finished after that, Rahul would have never talked to her, she could have ended loosing her job, Prem might had felt happy for all that but who cares for Prem, he is self centered person who want that his wife should live like a slave passing on her entire money to her husband and never ask for any thing in life. All planning which she did with Rahul for her further studies in the afternoon would have gone begging. She was in all praise for Rahul because in spite of all this he didn’t complained any thing to his mother. One options available for her is that she can wait and let Rahul initiate the talk since he is dependent on Bindiya for many activities, but will he really do so, the extent to which he has been damaged it is unlikely he will speak again and in that scenario everything will automatically get finished, on the other hand Rahul may also speak to her but it may be resultant of circumstances similar to hospital incident. Other thing which she can do is that she can go to Rahul and beg for apology till the time he doesn’t forgive her. This way she can then try to build the same old faith. After much debate she found the second option better than the first but now the challenge was how to initiate the talk. Instead of going to his room she tried to call him, but when Rahul picked the phone she couldn’t collect so much courage to speak to him. She again thought for some plot but she was that proficient in making plots. Amidst of all these thoughts suddenly she heard Malti is shouting her name. She immediately came out of the room, Malti first enquired about her health and when she said she is better now, she asked “If you are ok then why didn’t you took Rahul for teaching today, it’s already 6:15 and I suppose you guys were supposed to leave by 6 p.m.”, it seemed that she is also waiting for the day when Rahul will handle the bike all alone. She immediately went inside her room and changed to the same purple suit which Rahul requested her to wear when they both went to sahara mall. After some time she reached the Rahul’s room, door was half open and Rahul was sitting on his bed facing towards the door only. She knocked the door before entering, Rahul on seeing her turned his face and started looking in the other direction. After sometime she again knocked but Rahul was unfazed. This she didn’t waited for the reply and went straight away to Rahul and stood right in front of her. Rahul on seeing again turned his back towards her. She then said almost in a pleading voice “Rahul, I am sorry, please forgive me”, Rahul again behaved as he didn’t listened to her words. She again went on saying sorry for few times but still got no reply. She then got hold of Rahul’s right elbow and applied a gentle pressure towards her so that Rahul could roll down and turn his face towards her, though Rahul resisted, but taking advantage of slight turn, she sit on bed near him and got hold of his face. She then said while trying to turn his face towards her, “Rahul, won’t you forgive your best friend, why are you behaving as if you don’t know me, I know the fault was mine but I have full right to ask for forgiveness”. Rahul again opted to keep quite and avoided any sort of eye contact, when he was trying to remove her hands from his face the full t-shirt we has wearing got lifted a bit near the wrists and Bindiya was shocked to see red circle around his waist which was the resultant of force applied. She almost got shocked and immediately held his right wrist with both hands and surprising looked at the injury, she could imagine the pain which Rahul had suffered during that time, her eyes got moist and she again said “Rahul, I am your culprit, please hit me with what ever thing you want, but please forgive me, I promise I will not do that again”, she went giving light kisses to his affected area hoping that it will reduce the pain. Rahul then bursted “Bindiya, it was my mistake that I did friendship with a tough person like you, for God’s sake I don’t to hurt myself again, please forgive me, I am saying sorry to you”, he folded his palms together in a praying mode, he further added almost bending down “Please tell if you want me hold your feet and then pray for forgiveness”. Bindiya not knowing how to react got hold of shoulders and stopped him from further bending “Rahul, please end this all here, tell me what should I do for you to again win your confidence”, Bindiya threw a question to Rahul. Rahul then reacted, “See Bindiya there is no point even if I forgive you, God knows when you will loose your temper again and when you will crush me to death”. Bindiya immediately put her palm on his mouth stopping him to say what he wanted. She then hugged him and said to not use such language in future. Rahul understood that his statement might had reminded her of Tilak. He then got him free from her gentle hold and started moving in other direction. This drama went for 15 minutes and after minutes Bindiya could realize from his body language that he is normal now but he is pretending to be angry in order to increase his value. She was then waiting for the right moment, suddenly Malti called Rahul, Rahul reacted by saying he is coming, Bindiya knew this was the right time. She immediately stood on his way, when he tried to go pushing her aside, she wrapped her arms around his body and held them gently so that he may not get hurt but strong enough so that he can’t even break away. Rahul resisted a lot in desperation but failed to get away from her strong hold. He then asked her to eave him, but she she said she will not leave him till the time he forgives her. In the mean time Malti started shouting his name at shorter intervals. He got restless on hearing Malti’s repeated voice and started hitting Bindiya on her back and shoulders, but he knew his resistance is worthless. He again pleaded to set him free but she repeated her condition. Rahul kept on fighting for release like that for time, but nothing went in his favor. Once he even tried to jump so that this may impact in letting the hold loose, but her grip was solid like iron and to the surprise of Rahul she even supported his complete wait when he was in air. Suddenly Malti’s voice started getting louder, it indicated that she is coming to his room and this became a reason of big concern. He again started his resistance but to no avail, now the only option left before him was to forgive Bindiya as he definetly didn’t want Malti to spot him in such an awkward position with Bindiya. When he realized that Malti is right there on the first floor and can enter any time, he almost pleaded Bindiya “Ok I forgive you, for gods sake please leave me”, Bindiya immediately released her hold and parted from him, almost at the same time Malti enetered the room and looking Rahul breathing heavily because of recent struggle asked worriedly that what happened to her and why he was not replying. Rahul getting blind on this question looked with a blank face towards Bindiya, she calmly replied that he was trying a yoga trick and that’s why he couldn’t speak and just before Malti’s entry he had finished his trick. Malti getting relieved on this answer once again reminded them for their bike learning session and left the room. Rahul still catching hold of his breath looked towards Bindiya in appreciation. Bindiya returned a great smile and again grabbd his shoulders and pushed him towards her. To express her excitement she gave a tight hug to Rahul and planted a huge kiss on his cheek and run down shouting that she is waiting for him in the garage for bike ride.
